The hotel had spacious, clean rooms and very friendly staff, contributing to an enjoyable stay. It was a bit of a trek to the city center, which could become tiring over time. Still, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere away from the busy tourist spots.

Reasonably priced and clean hotel, beautifully maintained rooms. Good and decent location very close to public transport as well as restaurants that were closer into the city center, could not be better.

The location was good for exploring this lovely area, so close to train station and bus station, a taxi from the train station which was 10 euros and all the amazing sites of Florence.

The garden area was perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine, and the complimentary snacks at the bar were a nice touch. Just be aware that we had to wash our coffee cups ourselves since they weren't replaced daily, but overall, it was a lovely stay 😊

We have appreciated the spacious rooms, child-related amenities, clean and comfortable bathrooms laid in marble which together with a rich breakfast made the hotel a perfect harbour on a family trip.

Making the wire-less access to internet free of charge might help attract the additional clients to your hotel.

Booked double room, that was provided with a comfortable bed as well as the patio. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful especially fresh fruit, bread, yoghourt, and eggs they served were outstanding. The hotel was in an IDEAL location not far from all the attractions in Florence, which is a short walk away and Florence.

We explored the city and went to the Uffizi Gallery, amazing. The staff helped us book a private driver who was super knowledgeable. The breakfast was great with lots of options and the location was perfect for walking to attractions. Highly recommend the lovely garden area for drinks after a long day!

One downside was that the bar service was pretty slow some evenings. It seemed like the bartender was overwhelmed, which could be improved with more help during busy hours.

The cost of internet access was absolutely atrocious. I stayed for two nights and spent 30 euros on internet - ridiculous.

The staff was helpful, transforming our stay into a good experience! The location is perfect for exploring Florence, but our room's refrigerator didn't keep drinks cold enough. A lovely stay 😊

Convienent, wonderful service, great service.

The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy lounge chair that was perfect. Breakfast was a highlight with an array of fresh pastries and the staff were pretty good.

The air conditioning was a bit tricky to adjust.

I was so impressed by the superb breakfast spread, with fresh fruits, pastries, and even made-to-order cappuccinos! The room was a dreamy retreat with a cozy bed that hit like a cloud, and I adored the spa-like bathroom-a true lux experience! The garden courtyard was the cherry on top, providing the perfect serene spot for my morning coffee.

The staff, perticularly Luca and Laura were helpful, spoke great english and made our stay wonderful. The bathroom was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and we didn't want to leave.
